Ping Yuan is a seasoned banking professional with over two decades of experience in the finance sector and serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pathway Tech. Known for her strategic insight and exceptional leadership abilities, Ping drives our company's vision and oversees the successful implementation of our operational strategies.

Ping holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language from Sichuan University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Electronic Science and Technology. Her education, complemented by her industry experience and senior economist certification, has fostered a comprehensive understanding of financial structures and business operations.

Ping's professional journey spans multiple roles at the China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Sichuan Branch. In these roles, she honed her skills in report design, data generation, business plan implementation, benefits analysis, and team management. Starting as an ordinary employee, she diligently worked her way up the ranks to become the section chief.

Ping's realization of businesses' challenges in managing software subscriptions coincided with Sophie Wu's observations. Recognizing the potential to address this common issue, they co-founded Pathway Tech. As the CEO, Ping is responsible for assembling a proficient team and guiding the company toward its strategic goals.

Sophie Wu, our Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, is a force of analytical precision and strategic thinking. A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Canada, Sophie's journey into finance began in the realm of accountancy where her keen eye for detail and natural affinity for numbers quickly distinguished her as a rising star.

It was during her time at an accounting firm that Sophie uncovered a common yet overlooked issue among businesses - the oversubscription and overpayment of software services. This discovery was the spark that ignited the concept of Pathways Tech, a company dedicated to empowering businesses to optimize their software subscription services.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and is pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Her academic journey has laid a strong foundation for her understanding of the intricate workings of the financial world and its interface with technology.

As our CFO, Sophie is responsible for the financial stewardship of Pathways Tech, overseeing financial planning, risk management, and financial strategy development. Zhang Weiyong, an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur, is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pathway Tech. His strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and innovative mindset form the foundation of our technological advancements.

Zhang graduated from Shenzhen University, where he studied Electronic Science and Technology. His academic pursuits laid the groundwork for a successful career in hardware design, technical support, and product management. His roles in renowned companies like VIA Electronics and Chips Co., Ltd. allowed him to foster strong relationships with some of the biggest manufacturers in the industry.

At VIA Electronics, Zhang was instrumental in the design of hardware for DVD-ROM and DVD Player, providing technical support to prominent manufacturers. As a Hardware FAE, he handled technical support for main switch chips and managed embedded main chip projects. His time at Chips Co., Ltd. was marked by his role as a Sales Manager, where he promoted MTK mobile phone chips. Zhang's experience didn't stop there - he later became a Product Manager, expanding the company's agency product line pool and promoting mobile phone product lines.

In 2011, Zhang embarked on his entrepreneurial journey and founded Shenzhen Xinsheng Intelligent System Co., Ltd., an electronic component agency. His drive to innovate continued to shine as he established another venture in 2017, Chongqing Xinsimai Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a company focused on developing, producing, and selling communication and high-precision GNSS products.

When the idea for Pathway Tech was conceived, Zhang was sought out for his technical expertise and entrepreneurial experience. As the CTO, Zhang is responsible for the technical direction of Pathway Tech, ensuring that our software solutions are efficient, user-friendly, and valuable for our clients.

Off the clock, Zhang enjoys comedy and stand-up shows, playing football, hiking, and swimming. His hobbies reflect his vibrant personality and his healthy work-life balance philosophy.

Liu began his academic journey at Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, where he majored in Trade Economics. His educational background solidified his understanding of market dynamics and economic trends, setting the stage for his successful sales and business development career.

Liu launched his career at Yutian Baiyuan Glass Products Co., Ltd., where he excelled in market development and sales. He later assumed the role of Production Director, optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and emphasizing safe operational practices. Liu's journey then took him to COFCO Food Marketing Co., Ltd., where he was instrumental in expanding the company's dealer network and boosting brand influence.

In 2010, Liu leaped into entrepreneurship, establishing Songjiang Food Wholesale Store. His venture quickly grew in influence, becoming a leading wholesaler in the local market. Liu's entrepreneurial spirit continued to shine through as he transitioned into his current role as General Manager of Tangshan Bennong Trading Co., Ltd. Here, Liu oversees the company's overall operation, leading it to become a professional fast-moving consumer goods operator in the region.

When the concept of Pathway Tech was conceived, Liu was approached for his market expertise and entrepreneurial insights. As the CMO, Liu plays a critical role in shaping Pathway Tech's product features and value propositions based on an understanding of client needs. Liu Tao's educational journey began at the Hebei University of Technology, where he earned an undergraduate degree in construction work. He later obtained a Master's degree in project management from Yanshan University, further cementing his expertise overseeing complex projects from conception to completion.

Liu Tao's professional career has been centered around real estate development, starting at Qinhuangdao Gangfangda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., where he held the position of Engineer. His responsibilities ranged from technical management of construction sites to quality and progress management of large-scale projects.

While at Qinhuangdao Shenggang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Liu Tao has taken on diverse tasks. He has overseen various projects, from affordable housing to large real estate development projects. He has also been responsible for preliminary applications for project approval, administrative approval procedures, and the management of contract bidding and cost. His dedication to his role has garnered praise from superiors and recognition from government entities.

As the CPO at Pathway Tech, Liu Tao is tasked with creating a clean and practical vision for the product offerings of our subscription software. With his experience guiding teams through complex projects, Liu Tao is well-equipped to ensure that our software creates value for our customers and can adapt to any challenges that may arise during its development and launch.

In his personal life, Liu Tao enjoys competitive sports and regularly watches F1 racing and football games. He is an avid learner with a recent interest in golf and skiing. He also enjoys visiting places of interest and spending time with friends over tea.

Alyse and Sophie have worked together over the years. When Sophie first highlighted the subscription issues that resulted in the founding of Pathways, Alyse gave Sophie access to several companies to begin testing her theory.

Alyse was raised on a cattle ranch just outside Saskatoon; her roots run deep in community values and hard work, qualities that shine through in her business development and sales approach. A lifelong learner, she has honed her expertise through marketing and accounting courses at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, equipping her with a robust understanding of the commercial landscape. Her background in marketing and administration has enabled her to grasp the intricacies of the market and develop innovative strategies that resonate with our clients.
